Roselle P. O’Brien,
LMHC, REAT, ICAT, REACE
I am a humanistic, contemplative psychotherapist and creative arts therapist. I offer an integrative and holistic approach in counseling tailored to the needs of my clients. I work holistically, focusing on the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of each client and their lives as a whole.
My approach is narrative and informed by the power of narrative therapy to re-author our life stories and uncover new and deeper meanings.
I am an intermodal creative arts therapist with music and sound, language arts, and the visual arts as my primary arts areas.
