Our coaching approaches are individually tailored to each client’s unique life, health, and wellness goals. Together, we design an action plan that’s focused on your goals. Live sessions, by telephone or video, are weekly (with additional synchronous email/messaging sessions according to the package you choose.) Sessions are scheduled according to our mutual availability.
